Take Shelter:
When you are sued, you need a law firm that
can offer you shelter. Shelter from the undue burdens of a “discovery” process that should be a
tool to reveal the facts of the case, but is too often a weapon used
by litigants to take up your time and money. Shelter from litigants
who go after your trade secrets and confidential documents, not because
they are at the heart of the case, but because they think you will
settle rather than hand the documents over. Shelter from litigants
who have paid “experts” that do not let trivial things like science
and physical evidence get in the way of attacking you or your product.
The Rambin Firm offers that shelter.
Tried and True:
The Rambin Firm is a trial law firm focused on defending personal injury
and business injury claims. Whether you are facing a product liability
claim, a toxic tort lawsuit, or a deceptive trade practices claim,
the Rambin Firm is tried and true. If you would like to structure your
business relationships so as to minimize the chances of being sued,
and to minimize your exposure in the event of a suit, we can handle
that too.
Safe at Home:
The Rambin Firm is ideally suited to serve as local counsel
for attorneys defending cases in East Texas . Since our practice is
focused on civil defense, especially wrongful death, we know the high-stakes
battles you are fighting.
